From one great nation to another.
China did well by not falling for the imposed democratic mess that the United States and the UK have been preaching to the developing world. Today, China is booming and its people can look forward to good education, health care and employment opportunities.

Enyouth-Things you do if you are a billionaire?-Part 1- 7 wonders of the world
Posted by lonejame in Mar 17, 2010, under Enyouth journey
I am excited about Enyouth’s new progresses and improvement. Dear all, 2010 will be the year for us!!
Today, I had a topic to share and the topic is ” Things you do if you are a billionaire?”
I always love travelling around the world, and one of my dreams is to tour around the whole world.
In this world, there are 7 wonders, these 7 wonders are the famous tourism spots that we can consider visiting when we decide to tour the world.

The Colosseum in Rome
The Colosseum or Roman Coliseum, originally the Flavian Amphitheatre (Latin: Amphitheatrum Flavium, Italian Anfiteatro Flavio or Colosseo), is an elliptical amphitheatre in the center of the city of Rome, Italy, the largest ever built in the Roman Empire. It is considered one of the greatest works of Roman architecture and Roman engineering.

The Golden Gate Bridge
The Golden Gate Bridge is a suspension bridge spanning the Golden Gate, the opening of the San Francisco Bay into the Pacific Ocean. As part of both U.S. Route 101 and California State Route 1, it connects the city of San Francisco on the northern tip of the San Francisco Peninsula to Marin County. The Golden Gate Bridge was the longest suspension bridge span in the world when it was completed during the year 1937, and has become an internationally recognized symbol of San Francisco and California. Since its completion, the span length has been surpassed by eight other bridges. It still has the second longest suspension bridge main span in the United States, after the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge in New York City.

The Grand Canyon
The Grand Canyon (Spanish: Gran Cañón) is a steep-sided gorge carved by the Colorado River in the United States in the state of Arizona. It is largely contained within the Grand Canyon National Park, one of the first national parks in the United States. President Theodore Roosevelt was a major proponent of preservation of the Grand Canyon area, and visited it on numerous occasions to hunt and enjoy the scenery.

The Great Wall of China
The Great Wall of China (simplified Chinese: 长城; traditional Chinese: 長城; pinyin: Chángchéng; literally “long city/fortress”) or (simplified Chinese: 万里长城; traditional Chinese: 萬里長城; pinyin: Wànlǐ Chángchéng; literally “The long wall of 10,000 Li (里)”[1]) is a series of stone and earthen fortifications in northern China, built, rebuilt, and maintained between the 5th century BC and the 16th century to protect the northern borders of the Chinese Empire. Since the 5th century BC, several walls have been built that were referred to as the Great Wall. One of the most famous is the wall built between 220-206 BC by the first Emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang. Little of that wall remains; the majority of the existing wall were built during the Ming Dynasty.

Pyramid of Eygpt
The Great Pyramid was the tallest man-made structure in the world for over 3,800 years. Originally the Great Pyramid was covered by casing stones that formed a smooth outer surface; what is seen today is the underlying core structure. Some of the casing stones that once covered the structure can still be seen around the base. There have been varying scientific and alternative theories regarding the Great Pyramid’s construction techniques. Most accepted construction hypotheses are based on the idea that it was built by moving huge stones from a quarry and dragging and lifting them into place.

The Northern Lights
In northern latitudes, the effect is known as the aurora borealis, named after the Roman goddess of dawn, Aurora, and the Greek name for north wind, Boreas, by Pierre Gassendi in 1621.[1] The aurora borealis is also called the northern polar lights, as it is only visible in the sky from the Northern Hemisphere, with the chance of visibility increasing with proximity to the North Magnetic Pole. (Earth’s is currently in the arctic islands of northern Canada.) Auroras seen near the magnetic pole may be high overhead, but from further away, they illuminate the northern horizon as a greenish glow or sometimes a faint red, as if the sun were rising from an unusual direction. The aurora borealis most often occurs near the equinoxes. The northern lights have had a number of names throughout history. The Cree call this phenomenon the “Dance of the Spirits.”

The Taj Mahal
The Taj Mahal (also “the Taj”) is considered the finest example of Mughal architecture, a style that combines elements from Persian, Indian, and Islamic architectural styles. In 1983, the Taj Mahal became a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was cited as “the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world’s heritage.”

Enyouth-My 1st appointment
Posted by lonejame in Feb 03, 2010, under Enyouth journey

It was a sunday morning 11a.m, August 2005. I was with my normal casual attire when I stepped out of Raffles Place Mrt. My feeling was undescribeable. The memory of this day still remained vivid in my mind. I was welcomed by a group of youngsters when I reached OCBC buiding Burger King. These youngsters were from this company called Enyouth Singapore Pte Ltd. They were laughing and talking inside the fast food restaurant. There were plenty of them, up to 50 of them, enjoying themself even though this was just a breakfast session. Then we headed straight to the company.
This was my third day in Enyouth, sitting inside the auditorium listening to a Sunday Morning Grouping held by a Senior Divisional Manager of the company. I was so curious about how I go about doing this career. The audiences in this grouping was so formal that I felt myself not belonging to the crowd. However, I still remained intact in the grouping. But, it was an interesting session after all.
3pm, I was sitting in the office, waiting for somebody to guide me to my 1st sales appointment. I had a person I wanted to find but found myself no guts to. This person is my uncle, Soh Tiong Yin, the person whom I wanted to benefit the product to. I was 20 years old that time, I did not have the financial ability to give him the FIR Magnetic Mattress. I would love to benefit this product to people around me and he was one of them. My uncle had high blood pressure. Then, DM Yvonne Goh sat down in front of me and asked whether I had people in mind I wanted to benefit this product to. Frankly, I told her I wanted to benefit my uncle but I had some concerns in mind.
First concern was I had never contact my uncle my whole life, neither had I ever sat down with him to have even at least a conversation of more than 5 minutes alone. I felt so awkward to approach him, even though I knew the product could help him. The second concern was that I feared of rejections, especially from people around me. The third concern was my uncle was just a normal television repairer. However, I breaked through and decided to visit my uncle for appointment. I was attached with a presentor to the appointment.
My heart was pounding so fast, so fast. Then we were there at Serangoon North Ave 4, waiting for that moment to come. We went into the lift and I felt as though my heart was sinking. Fear overvelmed me, but was covered up by my ego. I stared at the presentor, acting confident even though I knew he could exposed me at time. I had not really came to this place for the past 3 to 4 years. Finally, there we were, outside my uncle’s house. We rang the doorbell, the door was opened, and now, a very familiar face appeared in front of me. This person was my uncle’s wife. She was halved the size of what she was three years ago. I guessed it was either she had undergo some weight management training or she had not been having good life for the past few years.
We went into the house, the house was so messy as usual. My uncle were not there, he was still working in his workplace. I had a sense of relief, thinking that I might not need to face my uncle, at least for today. Of course, this is a sign of me not wanting to face the reality. Suddenly, my phone started to ring and I saw my uncle’s name on my phone screen. I picked up the call, and to my utmost surprise, my uncle said that he would rush back. My heart started pounding once again.
About half an hour later, my uncle reached home. His face was filled with joy when he saw me. I felt bad for not being a good nephew for the past 20 years. He doted me very much even though I always kept a distance to him all these years. After thirty minutes, he actually asked us what we were doing and we started explaining to him the product. 2 hours of explaining to this very talkative prospect, he finally agreed to buy a Single Mattress for himself. I was happy and unhappy at the same time.
This appointment changed me. The day my uncle bought a Single for me was the day I decide to give this industry my best shot. I became so closed to my uncle as though he was my best friend. As for the product, his health condition improved a lot and had better sleep every night. To think about it, even though it was just a sales appointment, but both of us benefit from it. Oh yes, I forgot to mention this, but he attained my customer service for the rest of his life.
